Halloween 2014

Eleanor and Madelaine chose to dress up as Elsa and Anna from Frozen...shocking for sure, haha.

Theodore and Harrison requested to be cowboys, but not just any cowboys...they went back and forth between each other as to who was "John Wayne" and who was "Matt Dillion"...hmmm, wonder who provided this influence?!?!

Could it be Grandpa Ken???  John Wayne Sr. and John Wayne Jr. below.
Quick picture with Grandpa and Grandma, and cousins Leela and Breydin before heading out to our old neighborhood for some trick-or-treating

Missing Papa who was away at work in Rome and said he would have gone as Clint Eastwood, joining the other cowboys!

Fall Fun 2014

Pumpkins, wagon rides, apples, corn mazes, time at Grandpa Ken's farm on the tractors...we did it all and enjoyed every minute!

Fall is truly a beautiful season in Minnesota!

Happy 2nd birthday to Harrison!

For the boy who loves all things John Deere/Farm/Camoflauge related, we went with a John Deere Themed party.  We also had brunch being eggs, sausage, and all things breakfast-related continue to be your favorite meal.  You appeared to thoroughly enjoy the focus on you!!!

The first month of Kindergarten for ME.

You are almost one month into all day, everyday Kindergarten.  This has been the start of a big transition year for you two...the first time being in separate classes.  Though you see each other at lunch, recess, during Friday sing-alongs, and some other times during the day, it is touching to see how delighted you are to fully reunite at the end of your school day!  You both freely express how much you miss each other, though Madelaine you seem to miss not being with Eleanor a bit more than she does with you.  We know this is just the beginning of growth which may occur in differing directions for you.  Different friends, different interests, different strenghts, etc.  Mama just had to snap a photo of this picture Eleanor made for you, Madelaine, today at school...lucky girls to have each other, lucky parents we are to have you both as well!
