Let the Festivities begin!

Despite the wind today, ME was able to make it to the apple orchard/pumpkin patch this afternoon and pick out their first pumpkins! We also were accompanied by our cousins, Leela and Breydin, which made the trip more exciting to say the least! Here are only a few of the many pictures taken...

We are looking forward to wearing our first costumes soon!

Snow, Snow, Snow

ME awoke last week to some white stuff on the yard and deck. They haven't really experienced snow yet being we didn't go outside, but they were quite curious and happy to look out the window.

We'll see if we get the same reaction when all bundled up and outside playing in it!

Special Playdate

ME spent last Sunday playing with some big girls, or shall I say observing some big girls play around them. They appeared to love all the action but weren't so happy when it came time to try get them to pose for a photo! It was our first time meeting Juliette (left) - yeah! - who traveled all the way from South Carolina with her mom and Grandma. And, we always get a kick out of our cousin Leela (right). Thanks to the others who came down from the cities...much easier than us coming up your way!

Happy 9-months ME!!!

This past month has been all about personality development and then some!!! Not that ME did not show any signs of their colors before, but I think they decided to spice things up a bit more.

ME loves to play peek-a-boo, patty-cake, and so big.
They are very much into our 2 cats, Tootsie and Leona, but pay extra attention to Leona being she is brave enough to come around and play with them.

They have been "caged" if we step away and I don't know if it is because they have each other, but thus far they do not mind their surroundings. We also catch them frequently giggling back and forth between each other while in there which is too precious (maybe they are planning a grand escape for someday when they are big enough!).

At least one is a bit more mischievous than the other (no names being said here).

And we can't forget a few new faces they enjoy making for the camera!

We know the adventure has only begun...and we look forward to each new day!!!
